All orders are dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm!
Live food is sent via royal mail first class post and is dispatched monday to friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day. Delivery will take between 24 and 72 hours. Livefood is sent direct from the breeder and should arrive healthy and alive. Orders dispatched on a friday can’t be guaranteed to be delivered on a saturday. Livefood may not be dispatched in adverse weather conditions.
Frozen foods are sent via TNT on a before noon service and are dispatched the same day when orders are placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Frozen foods are packed with dry ice to guarantee they arrive frozen. All orders require a signature, orders not signed for on the drivers first delivery attempt will not be guaranteed to be frozen! Make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Orders are dispatched between Monday and Thursday. Order can not be dispatched on a friday!
All other goods are dispatched between monday and friday on a next working day courier service. Delivery will take place between 8am and 8pm monday to friday. Your order will require a signature upon delivery, if no one is present your order may be left with a neighbour or placed in your local collection depot.
Livestock purchased online is not automatically shipped, shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and will be arranged after purchase. Collection can be made in person or shipped via a reputable reptile courier.
Invertebrates may be sent via royal mail special delivery at the request, expense and risk of the buyer.
When a product is marked In-Stock this means the product is in-stock in our warehouse. Not your local store! If your local store has not got all of the goods in-stock they will need to wait for a replenishment order coming from our warehouse to be able to fulfill your order. Replenishment orders are delivered every tuesday and friday and sometimes more often.

Collecting Livefoods in store;
It's worth mentioning to ensure that your livefood is in the best possible health it is recommended that you collect your livefood within 24 hours of your order arriving in store. Livefood when left for pro-longed periods of time will die, any orders collected 48 hours after the order has been delivered to store will not be subject to our normal livefood promise.
